The wln7 Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable jurisdiction or operator licence. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from any person under the required minimum age.
If we become aware that Personal Data has been submitted by a person who does not meet the minimum age requirement, we will immediately delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe a minor has provided data to the Platform, please notify us at [email protected] immediately.
As an international platform, wln7 may transfer your Personal Data to third-party service providers or infrastructure located outside Pakistan or your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual data processing agreements incorporating standard data protection clauses, to protect the transferred data to a standard equivalent to this Policy.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan, which may have different data protection laws to those applicable in your location.
wln7 acknowledges that Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive general data protection law equivalent to the GDPR or similar frameworks in other jurisdictions. Nonetheless, we apply data protection principles — including purpose limitation, data minimisation, transparency and security — as a matter of good practice and in accordance with the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction requirements.
wln7 does not claim to be regulated or supervised by the State Bank of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), or any other Pakistani government authority in relation to data protection matters. Users in Pakistan retain the rights described in Section 11 of this Policy and may exercise them at any time.
