1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and wln7 ("wln7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://wln7.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

wln7 is an English-language online sports betting and live casino information platform targeting users in Pakistan. The Platform provides sports wagering, live dealer casino games, and related informational and entertainment content.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, including real-money balance and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to your Account subject to separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before certain Account actions.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering procedures applied in connection with financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total aggregate bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, placing a bet, or using any service offered on wln7, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on wln7, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any other responsible-gambling restriction that would prohibit your participation;
• Not be an employee, director, officer or immediate family member of wln7 or its affiliated entities;
• Provide accurate, complete and current registration information and maintain such information throughout the life of the Account.

5 Account Registration

Each User may register only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity.

wln7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided at registration at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill confirming your address.

6 KYC & Verification

In accordance with applicable KYC and AML obligations, wln7 may require you to submit identity and address verification documents before processing withdrawals, increasing deposit limits, or at any other point deemed necessary by the platform's compliance procedures.

6.1 Documents Typically Requested

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport);
• Proof of address (e.g., recent bank statement, utility bill);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of wallet account);
• Source of funds documentation, if required by AML procedures.

6.2 Failure to Verify

If you fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by wln7, the Platform reserves the right to suspend your Account, restrict withdrawals, or terminate the Account entirely. Funds held in an unverified Account may be withheld pending satisfactory verification.

7 Deposits

Deposits made to your Account must originate from a payment method registered solely in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and may vary by payment method and jurisdiction.

wln7 does not accept deposits made from funds associated with criminal activity. Deposits are processed in accordance with the operator's payment procedures. Processing times vary by payment method — some methods may reflect instantly while others may take up to 5 business days.

8 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to withdrawal processing;
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, where applicable;
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available withdrawable balance;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is set by the operator and may vary by method.

8.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to the operator's internal compliance and banking procedures. wln7 makes no guarantee of processing within a specific timeframe.

8.2 Withdrawal Refusal

9 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions made available on wln7 are subject to specific bonus terms, which supplement these Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms govern in relation to that promotion.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified eligibility window;
• Each promotion is available once per eligible User, household, device, IP address or payment method, unless stated otherwise;
• Maximum bet amounts apply during active bonus wagering — commonly PKR 1,000 per bet/round (illustrative — check the specific offer terms);
• Game contribution percentages vary — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate;
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period;
• Winnings generated from bonus play above any stated maximum cash-out limit are not withdrawable.

9.2 Bonus Abuse

wln7 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus offers, and use of prohibited software constitute abuse. Detection of such behaviour will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and potential permanent ban.

10 Betting Rules

Specific betting rules — covering market types, settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play betting restrictions, and event-specific rules — are set by the operator and published within the Platform's help section. Key general principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed, subject to void conditions outlined in the applicable sport/market rules;
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrectly stated price, wln7 reserves the right to void the affected bets;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement will be voided;
• Results are determined by official governing body results unless otherwise stated;
• Decimal odds are used throughout the Platform; implied probability = 1 ÷ odds;
• Live/in-play betting may be suspended at any time without notice due to match events or technical requirements.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wln7 and may result in Account suspension, termination and/or legal action:

• Registering multiple Accounts or allowing a third party to access your Account;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of sports corruption;
• Participating in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds of criminal origin;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or location;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing wln7 staff or other users;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPNs, proxies or other circumvention tools;
• Any other conduct that constitutes fraud, dishonesty or breach of applicable law.

12 Responsible Gambling

wln7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Users are encouraged to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to treat gambling as entertainment rather than a source of income.

The following tools are available within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or hard stops on your gambling sessions;
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of time spent on the Platform;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the wln7 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software code and databases — is the intellectual property of wln7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, repost or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from wln7.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wln7, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions, delays or errors in Platform availability due to technical issues, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from reliance on any content, odds, statistics or information provided on the Platform;
• Any legal consequences you face as a result of using the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15 Suspension & Termination

wln7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• The Platform ceases operations in your jurisdiction.

Upon Account termination, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus balances and any funds subject to investigation will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completed verification and any applicable legal holds.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure does not waive any obligations you have under these Terms that arose prior to closure.

16 Amendments to These Terms

wln7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by posting a revised version on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

17 Legal Context — Pakistan

Pakistan has significant restrictions on gambling, including under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation. The legal status of online and remote gambling in Pakistan depends on applicable law, the jurisdiction of the operator, and the nature of the activity undertaken.

wln7 does not represent, warrant or claim that access to or use of this Platform is legal in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of this Platform is lawful in their location and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

This Platform makes no claim of licensing or approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other Pakistani institution.
